About the Role:

STARS Adult Medical Day Care Center is looking for a passionate and driven Marketer to join our team in Camden, NJ! In this role, you'll play a key part in spreading the word about our vital services and connecting our community with the care they deserve. Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote adult medical day care services

Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, and social workers

Manage social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness

Create compelling marketing materials, flyers, and content tailored to target audiences

Conduct outreach in the Camden, NJ community and surrounding areas to drive enrollment and program awareness

Track and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness

Represent STARS at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities

Requirements:

Bilingual skills (English/Spanish)

1-3 years of experience in marketing, healthcare marketing, or community outreach preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools

Experience in healthcare, senior services, or adult day care is a plus

Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation a must
