    Job Title: Marketer – Home Care Agency (Assisting Hands Sugar Land)

    Location: Sugar Land, TX (In‑person; local travel required)

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $45,000 - $50,000 base salary + commission (90K OTE)

    Assisting Hands provides compassionate, dependable non-medical home care to seniors and adults with disabilities. We are launching and growing our Sugar Land office and seeking a driven marketer who can build community relationships, increase brand visibility, and generate qualified leads.

    Summary

    The Marketer will develop and execute outreach strategies with referral partners, community organizations, and healthcare providers. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, organized, and motivated to grow a mission-driven senior care business.

    Key Responsibilities

    Build and maintain relationships with referral sources (home health, hospice, SNFs, ALFs, hospitals, physicians).

    Conduct weekly field marketing visits across Sugar Land, Missouri City, Richmond, and surrounding areas.

    Plan and attend community events, senior expos, chamber meetings, and networking groups.

    Track outreach activity, leads, and conversions using CRM tools.

    Collaborate with the owner on monthly marketing plans and KPIs.

    Represent Assisting Hands professionally and consistently in the community.

    Support digital marketing efforts (social media, local listings, reputation management).

    Provide timely follow-up to inquiries and maintain strong communication with prospects and partners.

    Required Qualifications

    1–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or community outreach (healthcare or senior care preferred).

    Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

    Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

    Ability to work independently, meet goals, and manage a schedule.

    Professional presentation and comfort engaging with healthcare professionals.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Experience in home care, senior living, hospice, or healthcare marketing.

    Existing relationships with local referral sources.

    Familiarity with CRM systems and basic digital marketing tools.
