Responsibilities:
Build dashboards in BI tool to provide insights
Develop interactive visualizations utilizing various reporting components from multiple data sources
Design, build, cleanse and maintain data sources used for data visualization development
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data
Identify and perform root-cause analysis of data irregularities and present findings and proposed solutions
Document data requirements, data profiling, data cleansing, and data transformation rules.
Strong SQL skills - ability to write complex queries, joins, to produce data from the warehouse
Provide ad hoc analysis as requested by senior management
Convert analyses into actionable recommendations to drive decisions
Understand the levers of profitability, focusing on metrics that align with profitability goals
Improve, maintain, and utilize Marketing, Sales, and Operations KPIs to drive Company growth
Communicate analysis results and recommendations in a manner that enables the business sponsor to understand and act on the information
Requirements:
5+ years' experience as a Data Analyst
Experience with Hubspot, Looker, and Segment preferred
Experience with various types of data repositories, metadata management, dimensional modeling, and ETL / integration (Google BigQuery preferred)
Proven ability to leverage analytics and work with complex data sets to meet requirements
Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.

IN THE FIRST MONTH YOU WILL:
Review our data sources, data infrastructure and analytics architecture
Conduct data audit and develop data dictionary
Discuss data, dashboarding and KPI needs with each Department
Build high priority dashboards in Tableau
IN THE FIRST THREE MONTHS YOU WILL:
Complete data audit
Maintain data cleansing activities and monitor data accuracy
Continue building out dashboards in Tableau
Build our data warehouse
IN THE FIRST SIX MONTHS YOU WILL:
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns
Provide insights and create narratives around our data
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
