    Marketing Account Coordinator, Manassas, VA We seek a highly motivated candidate with a minimum of 1-3 years of advertising/ marketing experience to support Federal Government clients. Account Coordinators plays a vital role in managing client relationships and ensuring project success. Responsibilities include the support and coordination of integrated advertising campaign activities for research, creative, media, public relations, and social media.

    Job Duties / Responsibilities:

    Assist account managers in managing client accounts and campaigns

    Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure project success

    Ensure accurate and timely communication between clients and internal teams

    Help develop marketing strategies and plans based on client needs and goals

    Track project timelines and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

    Conduct research to identify new opportunities for clients and stay up-to-date on industry trends

    Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as presentations, proposals, and reports

    Coordinate internal meetings and communicate actionable items to team members

    Maintain accurate records and files of client interactions, projects, and billing information

    Ensure all programs are strategically on target with clients’ business objectives

    Maintain advertising campaign budgets and perform monthly media reconciliations

    Provide routine reporting on campaign status/activity to client and agency management

    Write client reports and perform research as needed

    Attend client meetings, arrange and draft meeting notes

    Undertake administrative tasks as necessary

    Skills & Requirements:

    Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or Business is preferred

    Minimum 1-3 years’ agency experience or equivalent working experience in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field

    Experience working in the federal sector with government contracts is a plus

    This is a full-time position on-site in our Manassas, Virginia office location

    A solid grasp of marketing principles, strong communication skills, and excellent organizational abilities are essential

    Ability to learn quickly, adapt, organize, and prioritize work to a fast-paced environment

    Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines

    Strong work ethic, proactive mindset, and eagerness to grow professionally

    Highly organized with strong attention to detail

    Excellent spelling and proofreading skills

    Excellent MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) skills

    Positive demeanor, and a team player
