Flick Switch Marketing is a Facebook-focused marketing agency helping franchisees in multiple systems grow their business through Facebook Advertising.
Role:
We’re seeking a dedicated Marketing Account Manager with 1+ years of experience to be the main point of contact for our clients. This role involves managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and coordinating with our internal team to deliver on strategy and bring results. The ideal candidate is a people person, adaptable to different personalities, organized, proactive, solution-driven, and a team player.
Responsibilities include meeting with clients, coordinating facebook marketing initiatives, creating/maintaining marketing campaigns, and managing client expectations. Knowledge of Facebook Business Manager is required, and other platforms such as Canva and Google Ads are a plus, but not required!
Position Details:
Hybrid
Full-time, minimum 40 hours/week
Must be available to work within the hours of 8:00am to 5:00 pm CST
Objectives:
Act as the main point of contact for a number of client accounts
Build and strengthen client relationships, focusing on client retention and satisfaction
Maintain accurate client records and stay on budget
Ensure execution of digital strategy
Schedule and conduct performance reviews
Work with client's / the Home Run Franchising team to resolve issues.
Balance client needs with internal workflows
Responsibilities:
Create/maintain marketing campaigns
Proactive Ad Creation
Lead client meetings on a recurring basis to review progress and address any concerns
Process client requests and translate them into clear, actionable tasks for the team
Ensure deadlines are met when given tasks
Ensure services are within budget and meet client needs
Generate progress reports through our Dashboard software
Qualifications:
Account Management: 1 year (Required)
Facebook Ad Management: 2 years (Required)
1+ years in account/project management
Experience in a digital agency is a huge plus
Proficiency with marketing platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, SpyFu, etc.)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Solution-oriented and process-driven
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas and positive customer feedback
Adaptable and thrives in fast-paced environments
