Account Manager (Paid Search)

MI Digital Solution is a performance-driven marketing agency. We’re hiring an Account Manager (Paid Search) who loves building client relationships and rolling up their sleeves in the ad platforms. You’ll own a portfolio of 40+ SMB and mid-market clients, lead video conferences of performance, and manage Paid Search to hit growth and efficiency goals. Roughly ¼ of your book will be high-touch accounts that require white-glove communication, custom insights, and proactive planning.
What you’ll do
Client ownership & communication (≈60%)
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of ~40+ accounts (tiered by touch level).
Lead regular video conferences (monthly for high-touch; quarterly for standard) to walk clients through results, insights, and next steps.
Build agendas, live-demo dashboards, and translate complex metrics into clear business impact.
Proactively identify risks/opportunities, manage expectations, and drive retention and expansion.
Own onboarding: discovery, goal setting, tracking plan, timelines, and success criteria.
Paid Search management (≈40%)
Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and collaborate on cross-channel (Meta, Instagram, Snapchat) when it supports client goals.
Maintain rigorous account hygiene, pacing, and budget management to hit CPA/ROAS targets.
Lead keyword/audience strategy, testing roadmaps (ads, creatives, bids, landing pages), and performance diagnostics.
Implement and QA conversion tracking (Google Tag/GA4) and ensure reliable attribution.
Build concise ad copy and testing ads.
How you’ll be measured

You have
2–4 years in a client-facing Account Manager or PPC Specialist role managing multiple accounts.
2+ years hands-on in Google Ads
Comfortable leading video calls with business owners and leadership teams; confident presenter and storyteller.
Strong analytical skills: can diagnose performance, build clear narratives, and propose testable plans.
Experience juggling many deadlines with excellent organization and attention to detail.
Solid writing skills for client emails and ad copy.
Nice to have
Meta Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads, and basic landing page/CRO familiarity
