    We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual to join our team in a hybrid role as Marketing & Administrative Assistant. This unique position is perfect for someone who thrives in both creative and organizational tasks. You’ll spend part of your time supporting our marketing initiatives and part managing the day-to-day office operations, including budgeting, ordering supplies, and general administrative support. Responsibilities: Marketing Assistant • Support content creation for email campaigns, social media, blog posts, and digital marketing. • Assist in planning and scheduling content across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X). • Provide support for outreach efforts, including communication with referral partners and related follow-up tasks. • Help organize event materials, promotional items, and inventory for community and marketing activities. Office Coordinator • Maintain office supplies inventory for our 9 locations. • Track and reconcile budgets for office supplies. • Oversee general office operations and ensure a clean, functional workspace for all locations. • Collaborate with clinical leaders to identify and prioritize office-related needs, and serve as the primary liaison with property management, janitorial staff, and maintenance personnel to ensure the timely resolution of office issues to ensure smooth operations. • Assist in onboarding new employees (e.g., supplies, desk setup, welcome bags). • Support planning of employee events and retention initiatives, including coordinating office celebrations such as birthdays, work anniversaries, and team-building activities that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Qualifications: • Ability to work a hybrid schedule and travel to other practice locations throughout the county. • Experience in administrative, office management, or marketing support roles. • Familiarity with marketing tools like Canva, Wix, & Meta Business Suite. • Attention to detail, strong organizational, and multitasking skills. • Proficient in Google Workspace. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Compensation: $21 - $25 hourly
