Nexmos Design is seeking a Marketing Administrative Assistant to support our marketing team in organizing campaigns, coordinating internal communication, and handling administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in keeping the department efficient, organized, and aligned with company goals.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the marketing department
Assist in the preparation of promotional materials and presentations
Maintain marketing calendars and coordinate schedules
Prepare reports and maintain databases of client and campaign data
Coordinate meetings, agendas, and communication among internal teams
Assist with tracking marketing performance metrics and campaign progress
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for marketing assets
Qualifications
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
1–2 years of administrative or marketing support experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented with a proactive and professional attitude
