Location: Hybrid (Office/Home/Field) Schedule: Full-time License Required: Active Real Estate License Reports To: Team Lead About the Role We’re looking for a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing and Administrative Assistant to support a growing real estate team. This is a hybrid role involving in-office days, remote work, and local travel (e.g., to post offices, listings, or events). If you're someone who thrives on variety, is comfortable wearing multiple hats, and enjoys both creative and systems work — we want to meet you. Responsibilities: What You'll Do Marketing & Creative: • Create listing marketing materials, including reels, ads, doorhangers, and EDDM mailers • Run Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads and Google Business posts • Create and schedule social media content across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Nextdoor • Design digital and print graphics (using Canva) • Manage listing marketing campaigns • Plan and coordinate client events • Support recruiting efforts with digital and print assets Administrative & Operational: • Create CMAs and seller marketing reports • Coordinate property tours and get showing feedback for our listings • Draft offers and contracts as needed • Manage the calendar and email inbox for the team lead • Oversee Follow Up Boss CRM management and lead tracking (especially Fello leads) • Assist with onboarding new agents (system training, materials setup) • Manage VAs and help streamline team systems • Attend weekly team meetings and daily admin check-ins Qualifications: What We're Looking For • Licensed Real Estate Agent (required) • Proven experience with Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Business • Familiarity with Follow Up Boss (FUB) preferred • Excellent communication and organization skills • Creative mindset with a sharp eye for detail and design • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Compensation: $25 - $30 hourly
