Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting marketing strategies and brand awareness initiatives across both digital and traditional channels. This position is responsible for content creation and organization, campaign coordination, event support, and internal/external communication. Working under the guidance of the Marketing Manager, this role collaborates with multiple departments to execute campaigns that align with brand identity and produce measurable results.
Experience working with dealerships is a plus.
Project Management & Campaign Support• Coordinate and execute marketing communication projects and collateral.
• Develop timelines, schedules, and documentation for campaign rollouts.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports for leadership.
Content Development & Design• Partner with graphic designers to produce marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, signage, and digital graphics.
• Ensure all digital and print assets align with brand standards.
• Assist with website updates, content creation, and SEO improvements.
Social Media & Email Marketing
• Create, schedule, and publish social media content using platforms such as Hootsuite.
• Build and launch email campaigns using tools like MailChimp or other email systems.
• Monitor engagement, audience growth, and performance metrics.
Event & Trade Show Coordination• Organize logistics for trade shows, expos, community events, and demonstrations.
• Coordinate travel, lodging, promotional items, booth materials, and team participation.
Administrative & Reporting Duties
• Utilize CRM platforms (such as Zoho, Salesforce, or NetSuite) for tracking updates, dispositions, tasks, and metrics.
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
• Track and reconcile marketing invoices and expenses.
• Compile KPIs for website traffic, social media performance, lead generation, and ROMI.
• Manage customer survey distribution, feedback collection, and follow-up.

Work Environment
This role operates in a professional office environment with routine use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, and filing systems.
Occasional use of photography/videography equipment may be required.
Some travel may be necessary for events, off-site meetings, or content creation.
Schedule
This is a full-time, onsite position
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
