Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local marketing campaigns tailored to our real estate offerings

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape

• Collaborate with the sales and property management teams to support promotional initiatives

• Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, property listings, and print campaigns

• Organize and participate in events, property showings, and client outreach efforts

• Track and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

• 1+ year of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or related industries

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Knowledge of local Charlotte market is a plus
