    Wilmington, DE

    As a Barclays Marketing Analyst, Creative Center of Excellence, you’ll be responsible for facilitating the review & approval of all marketing materials for our external partner, Gap. This includes maintaining advertising guidelines, a repository of approved creative and language. You’ll drive improvements in the approval process and drive consistency across marketing assets. This is an opportunity to span across the customer journey for the entire Gap cobrand card and private label portfolio and work directly with external contacts at Gap Inc.

    What will you be doing?

    • Being responsible for facilitating the approval of all marketing materials developed by Gap Inc
    • Receiving, reviewing, and moving assets through the marketing approval process
    • Identifying areas that that fall outside marketing/partner guidance and communicating necessary changes to be made ahead of in-market release
    • Developing and maintaining a marketing guidelines repository for approved assets – the repository is referenced during reviews and quality assurance
    • Ensuring repository is up to date with all required documentation for audit purposes and contributing to those audits, as needed
    • Hosting daily and weekly meetings with key internal stakeholders, as well as external Gap Inc. Brand Leads
    • Managing and communicating out Gap Inc. marketing status reports, including key metrics trends and SLAs for future process improvements
    • Working collaboratively with internal Barclays’ teams, including Legal and Compliance, to ensure the correct approvals and language are in place for Gap card products

    What we’re looking for:

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, sometimes within tight timelines
    • Bachelor’s degree is required (Business related field, Marketing is preferred)
