Marketing Analyst - Virtual Position The Marketing Analyst is a creative professional who manages all of the details involved in marketing The MPH Team, the listings, and the brand as a whole. You will leverage your in-depth experience to assist with a variety of responsibilities including the management of social media, marketing videos, and client appreciation events. Responsibilities: • Manage content calendar Loomly • Provide Key performance indicators (KPI) weekly • Efficient in Google Trends, Google My Business, Meta-Facebook, GMB Everywhere, Meta keywords software, Writesonic, Chat PGT, Quilbot, etc. • Expert in analytics for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok • Implement and execute weekly newsletter - master the use of CINC (CRM) • Create buyer and seller booklet material • Create property descriptions using AI • Coordinate the preparation of all marketing material • Strategy for a lifestyle blog - landing page • Strategy for customer appreciation events • Strategy for client testimonials • Coordinate and implement agent marketing videos and property videos on website(s), blog(s), social media, and client database email campaigns • Organize pop-bys and organize drop-offs for past clients in the local area • Develop any scripts for feature videos • Open House pdf package for our listings to email to clients when they visit an Open house either in person or virtually • Manage the creation of posts for our social platforms Qualifications: • Positive attitude • Excellent computer skills • Detail oriented • Problem solver • Logical thinker • Fact and task-oriented • Ability to work independently as well as accept direction Compensation: $8,000 - $15,000 yearly
