    • Analyze trends across campaigns, channels, creative assets, and customer segments to identify opportunities, gaps, and actionable strategies.

    Data Analysis, Visualization & Dashboards

    • Leverage a dynamic set of data analysis and visualization tools (including Power BI, Google Analytics, and other platforms) to create, maintain, QA, and enhance marketing performance datasets and dashboards.
    • Build and maintain custom dashboards and automated reporting pipelines for marketing performance and lead generation campaigns.

    Advanced Analytics & Intelligence Gathering

    • Apply advanced analytical skills to mine, interpret, and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into intelligence and actionable insights.
    • Utilize Generative AI tools to enhance research processes, increase efficiency, and uncover new trends and opportunities.
    • Proactively develop compelling trend analyses and thought-leadership content with clear and actionable connections to business decisions and implications.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, Analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
    • 5+ years of marketing analytics or business intelligence experience in a lead generation–driven organization, preferably in the wellness or consumer products space.
    • Proven experience working directly within a marketing team to understand campaign management, omni-channel lead attribution, and performance optimization.
    • Proven ability to deliver proactive, actionable insights to senior leadership, with a focus on optimizing marketing spend and driving growth.
    • Advanced proficiency with analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar).
    • Expertise in website tracking implementation, marketing measurement frameworks, and attribution modeling.
    • Skilled in both quantitative and qualitative analysis, with the ability to synthesize large datasets into clear, actionable stories.
    • Familiarity with Generative AI tools and their application in research and analytics workflows.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives from data and deliver them to C-suite audiences.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
