    We're seeking an ambitious, creative, and hands-on Marketing Specialist to help drive demand and awareness through a strategic blend of traditional marketing and modern digital strategies.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Conferences & Trade Shows
      • Plan, prepare, and attend regional and national events
      • Design and produce eye-catching flyers, booth materials, and handouts
      • Represent our brand in person, network, and generate leads
    • Content & Communication
      • Write copy for newsletters, social media, flyers, and email campaigns
      • Develop and schedule content calendars, including posts, hashtags, and promotions
      • Coordinate and host webinars to showcase our value to targeted districts
    • Digital & Social Media
      • Manage Facebook and other platforms to grow audience engagement
      • Run targeted campaigns to reach decision-makers in specific school districts or geographies
      • Analyze campaign performance and adjust for effectiveness
    • Strategy & Lead Generation
      • Help identify high-potential districts and craft marketing strategies to convert them
      • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing with outreach goals
      • Research trends and competitors to keep our brand and message sharp

    What We’re Looking For:

    • 2–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B, education, or events
    • Strong writer and communicator with an eye for design (Canva, Adobe, etc. a plus)
    • Comfortable with logistics—packing materials, setting up booths, managing events
    • Hands-on experience with social media, email platforms, and basic analytics
    • Creative, proactive, and resourceful—always looking for what’s next
    • Willingness to travel for conferences and events
    • Growth mindset: excited to take on more responsibility as we grow

    Bonus Points:

    • Familiarity with CRM or email automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
    • Video editing or webinar production skills
  • Compensation
    $60,000-$80,000 per year
