Marketing & Analytics Manager Responsibilities • Support the design, implementation, and management of marketing strategy, valuation, and measurement initiatives across four gym locations – two east coast and two west coast; New York City, Brooklyn, Los Angeles, Ventura • Create and execute social media, advertising, and consumer marketing campaigns to a targeted audience • Create exciting, unique content establishing and upholding the voice of our companies • Utilize third-party, internal, and client-owned research tools to aggregate and analyze marketing data • Leverage data to develop new insights with the goal of improving planning and strategy execution • Interact directly with owner to manage expectations and meet deadlines • Interpret category and consumer trends to inform sponsorship marketing, partnership, campaign and communication strategies, determining the roles of media and creative and ideal touchpoints needed to drive desired outcomes • Act as a bridge between internal teams and staff • Proactively pitch innovative ideas, new partners, new channels, and test and learn strategies • Cultivate relationships to find and promote new opportunities Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant qualitative and quantitative discipline and/or creative marketing • Expertise in interpreting consumer research and data (quantitative & qualitative) and applying to solutions-based client strategies • Highly developed communication skills, both verbal and written, to communicate effectively and persuasively, including ability to present • Natural curiosity and a demonstrated ability to turn observed data into a story about what behavior is driving it • Understanding of marketing, brand, and social metrics • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, skills, and calendar’ing skills • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while being extremely detail-oriented • Knowledge, passion and curiosity on all things culture, sports and entertainment • Team player and ability to collaborate Preferred Skills • Experience in social media, marketing, content creation, and SEO • Experience developing Sports, Entertainment & Impact related sponsorship strategies • Experience valuing partnership opportunities and assets
