This role reports directly to the President and works closely with the leadership team to build and execute marketing initiatives that drive real business growth. You will gain hands-on experience across digital marketing, content, SEO, and website strategy! Responsibilities: • Launch and help manage Google Ads campaigns • Manage social media and create content • Capture photos/videos from job sites • Support website updates and redesign efforts • Assist with SEO (blogs, keywords, optimization) • Contribute ideas to improve lead generation and brand visibility Qualifications: • College student with a strong interest in digital marketing and content • Organized, proactive, and willing to learn • Familiar with social media; Canva/Analytics experience is a plus Compensation: $15 - $20 hourly
