Job Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team! As our Marketing Assistant, you will be working closely with the Management team, following up on leads, updating CRM data, and working towards overall marketing goals. You will also be creating social media advertisements and posts, creating video content, maintaining ads, and designing promotional material. The ideal candidate is creative, is familiar with design concepts, and has experience working with Microsoft Office and Photoshop. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION

Responsibilities

Work closely with the marketing team to ultimately further marketing goals and objectives

Create, edit, and post social media marketing of all kinds, including text posts, pictures, informative long-form articles, and video content

Maintain a strong online presence that represents the company

Follow up on potential leads, both via phone and email as needed

Identify markets and follow up in accordance with Management and Marketing guidelines

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with video and photo editing

Extensive knowledge of SalesForce and Microsoft suite

Strong organizational skills

Strong attention to detail
