Marketing Assistant
Part-Time 20 -30 hours/week | $16.50 to $19.00 per hour.

What You'll Do:
- Support marketing operations by coordinating campaigns, compiling reports, and preparing materials.
- Assist with social media content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Write blogs, promotional copy, and marketing emails that resonate with target audiences.
- Design and produce visual content, including flyers, signage, web graphics, and print ads.
- Assist in planning and attending promotional events, open houses, and community showcases.
- Maintain and update marketing databases, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Contribute to website and UI/UX updates with a focus on user-friendly design.
- Perform basic video editing and graphic design for multimedia projects.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, creative, and leadership teams to meet marketing goals.
- Stay current on industry trends, tools, and customer behavior analytics.
Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- Creative and detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficient in social media platforms, email marketing, and web content management.
- Familiar with graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Capable of working independently and meeting tight deadlines.
- Positive attitude, eager to learn, and committed to continuous improvement.

- Valid California Driver's License required.
