    About i9 Sports – Fairfax, Loudoun & Arlington/DC i9 Sports is a leader in youth sports programming, offering weekend sports leagues and multi-sport summer camps for kids ages 3–14. Our local operation is driven by a small, dedicated internal team of four and a large team of part time staff that drive the programs at the venues. We are committed to delivering fun, safe, and community-focused sports experiences. We've proudly served families in Fairfax for over 10 years and in Loudoun for the past 5 years, becoming a trusted name in the area. Now, we're excited to expand into Arlington/DC in Summer 2025.     We’re looking for energetic, self-motivated Marketing Assistants to help us grow the i9 Sports brand across Northern Virginia. This is an execution-focused role—you’ll take an existing marketing plan and bring it to life in your assigned territory through guerilla marketing tactics and digital engagement. While your main focus would be execution, your ideas and insights will be strongly encouraged and relied on!

    What You’ll Do

    Execute grassroots marketing strategies in your local community:

    Place road signs and distribute flyers, doorhangers, and brochures

    Build relationships with schools, daycares, youth organizations, and small businesses

    Represent i9 Sports at local events and community spaces

    Support digital marketing efforts:

    Create and post engaging content for social media

    Help manage online advertising and promotion of upcoming seasons

    Be a brand ambassador:

    Educate families about i9 Sports programs and value

    Maintain a positive, professional, and friendly presence in the community

    What We’re Looking For

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

    Reliable transportation and ability to travel within your assigned territory

    Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends

    Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

    Marketing, promotions, or event experience is a plus—but not required
