The Marketing Coordinator/Associate is responsible for supporting the strategic development, budgeting, execution, and measurement of brand marketing campaigns and brand development initiatives. This role involves mapping out seasonal marketing plans across categories and touchpoints, coordinating with different internal and external teams to execute strategies, gathering and analyzing data, and ultimately ensuring an efficient workflow to support the execution of campaigns and initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work with various teams and to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Outline seasonal marketing plans for various concession partners, leading communication with retailers to understand full suite of opportunities and best in class initiatives, always ensuring plans are aligned with brand image and commercial priorities while maintaining designated budget;
Review wholesale marketing requests to provide approvals and feedback based on brand image priorities, track seasonal support to identify and propose ways of filling gaps;
Support dedicated wholesale campaigns by reviewing and providing feedback on creative proposals, marketing plans, and placement mock-ups to ensure activations are brand aligned and drive high engagement;
Assist with Japan and Korea retail marketing by reviewing support plans for new openings and pop-ups, providing assets, tracking performance, and compiling quarterly recaps;
Manage brand development initiatives, inclusive of packaging and partnerships, by outlining timelines and leading communication with internal and external partners.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Marketing, Media, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in marketing, media, or content strategy, preferably in the luxury fashion, lifestyle, or beauty industries.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-platform marketing campaigns.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with strong knowledge of fashion terminology, brand voice, and luxury standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Highly adaptable and flexible with changing priorities.
