Position Overview We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented, and creative Marketing Associate to elevate our law firm’s marketing operations. Madison Law is a full-service litigation firm serving a diverse clientele. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated professional to exercise agency and take on a role with long-term growth potential.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate an ability to develop forward-thinking strategies, refine and expand marketing functions, communicate with management, and represent the firm professionally. This position will require analyzing the relevant legal market, executing advertising campaigns on various platforms, creating graphics and visual content, and strengthening brand positioning.

Responsibilities
Manage and optimize website content, including blog posts, landing pages, and SEO initiatives.
Execute and refine social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
Oversee digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
Track KPIs across website, social media, email, and advertising channels.
Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for ROI.
Develop and distribute email marketing communications and announcements.
Work with attorneys to generate leads and communicate with potential new clients.
Collaborate with attorneys to develop thought-leadership content and enhance practice-area visibility.
Support and plan events, sponsorships, and partnership opportunities.
Maintain and optimize legal directory profiles and online presence.
Evaluate current marketing tools, workflows, and technologies, recommending and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and performance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus.
Experience in marketing, preferably in the legal industry (but not required), and understanding of branding and messaging within a professional services environment.
Design and content creation skills (Canva, Adobe, video editing tools).
Understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and content strategy.
Experience with tools such as WordPress, Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing software, or a willingness to learn.
Strong ability to write and communicate verbally.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Initiative and ownership mentality—comfortable building and improving systems.
