Marketing Associate & Project Coordinator (Hybrid Role) - Summer Job or Full-Time Location: Centennial, CO (Hybrid) Job Type: Full-Time Reports To: Operations & Marketing Leadership TrueCoat Painters is seeking a Marketing Associate & Project Coordinator to support both our marketing initiatives and day-to-day project coordination efforts. This hybrid role (in-office and work from home) is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, and enjoys working across teams while interacting with customers. MUST BE LOCATED IN THE DENVER-METRO AREA. Responsibilities: Marketing Responsibilities The Marketing Associate will play a key role in building brand awareness and supporting lead generation efforts. Specific Marketing responsibilities include: • Creating marketing materials using Canva (digital and print) • Editing short-form videos for social media and marketing campaigns • Managing and maintaining a content calendar • Creating, scheduling, and posting content across social media platforms • Assisting with the development of compelling marketing campaigns and promotional documents • Maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials • Supporting email marketing, promotions, and special campaigns as needed • Tracking engagement and assisting with basic performance reporting Project Coordination Responsibilities From a project coordination standpoint, this role will support customer communication and internal organization. Specific Project Coordination responsibilities include: • Assisting with scheduling and coordination of painting projects • Communicating with customers regarding timelines, updates, and next steps • Supporting project managers with administrative and coordination tasks • Maintaining organized project records and documentation • Ensuring customer questions and concerns are handled professionally and promptly • Helping keep projects moving smoothly through clear communication and follow-up Qualifications: Ideal Candidate • Highly organized and dependable • Creative and detail-oriented • Comfortable balancing creative work with administrative tasks • Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Marketing Qualifications: • Prior experience using Canva • Experience with video editing (short-form content preferred) • Experience managing or contributing to social media accounts • Strong writing skills with an eye for compelling, customer-focused messaging • Ability to manage multiple marketing projects at once Project Coordination Qualifications: • Prior customer service or customer-facing experience • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Comfortable communicating with customers via phone, email, and text • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks • No prior project management experience required Compensation: $25 - $28 hourly
