    Summary:

    Oversees both corporate and property marketing initiatives. Day-to-day activities include data analysis, strategic planning, evaluation of marketing effectiveness, systems management, site team support and training, traffic generation, resident retention, social media management, and reputation monitoring,

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

    Partners with and trains site teams to ensure leasing and occupancy goals are met. Oversees marketing platforms, communicates results and identifies areas of needed improvement. Provides creative support for branding, collateral design, and marketing content. Creates thoughtful marketing plans and budgets. Manages vendor relationships. Communicates effectively with owners. Compiles and produces reports and projections.

    Tracks, collates and maintains an inventory of digital assets. Reviews websites and digital media to ensure they are up to date with content, integrations, and fully functional. Assists with trade show exhibits and job fairs. Helps prepare for involvement in community organizations and apartment association events. Serves as project manager for presentations and special projects.

    Other duties may be assigned.

    Education/Experience:

    A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

    Language Ability:

    Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format.

    Math Ability:

    Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

    Reasoning Ability:

    Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

    Computer Skills:

    To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a strong working knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Excel.
