This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in:
Sales support and lead generation
Digital marketing and content creation
Community outreach
Relationship building with families and referral partners
What You’ll Do Support Sales & Lead Generation
Respond to digital and phone inquiries
Prepare materials for tours and welcome prospective residents
Provide tours across multiple levels of care (training provided)
Enter and track prospect data in our CRM system
Assist with reporting and follow-up communications
Contribute to Marketing Efforts
Create engaging social media content
Write and gather content for newsletters and email campaigns
Assist with website updates
Support seasonal campaigns and fundraising initiatives
Community Outreach & Events
Help coordinate caregiver support group meetings
Assist with volunteer program coordination
Plan and support community events, outreach activities, and trade shows
Represent The Glen in a professional and friendly manner
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is:
Personable and confident interacting with families and community partners
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiar with or eager to learn CRM systems, WordPress, social media tools, and email marketing platforms
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred — but equivalent experience will be considered
1+ year of experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or a related field preferred
Healthcare or senior living experience is a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements
Ability to work in an active, high-traffic environment
Frequent standing, walking, bending
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 90 lbs
