We’re looking for a marketing and automation coordinator to join our tight-knit law firm. The ideal candidate is adept at implementing and automating marketing projects across channels: social media, search marketing, organic reach, and referrals. Responsibilities: • Create monthly breakdowns of our analytics on web and social, recommend improvements, and identify growth opportunities • Create marketing materials including website content, advertisements, social media posts, and other collateral that is polished and on-brand • Maintain our social media platforms including messages to our audience • Support our marketing department in executing campaign plans through communication, digital, and advertising strategies • Monitor and maintain content across all platforms including website, mailing lists, SEO, and analytics to keep content current • Manage direct mail campaigns • Innovate with AI tools Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related majors • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing/brand management or related field • Familiarity with web platforms, email systems, social media, public relations, and brand identity • Must exhibit strong understanding of latest marketing trends • Should be an experienced communicator with solid project management skills • Familiarity with multiple AI tools • Extreme attention to detail • Excellent eye for design Compensation: $23 - $26 hourly
