As a Marketing Brand Ambassador, you'll be the face of our firm in the healthcare space, building and maintaining meaningful partnerships with medical providers who share our commitment to client care. This is a dynamic, people-first role for someone who thrives on connection, loves being out in the field, and takes pride in representing a brand they believe in. Responsibilities: • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with medical providers, serving as the firm's primary point of contact for questions, concerns, and ongoing engagement. • Proactively identify and outreach to new medical providers and healthcare organizations to expand the firm's referral network, with monthly targets for visits and presentations. • Represent 770GoodLaw at networking events, healthcare conferences, and community initiatives to grow brand visibility in the local medical community. • Educate providers on the firm's services, processes, and competitive differentiators through professional presentations and consistent follow-up. • Collaborate with internal teams — including Marketing, Pre-suit, Litigation, and NCS — to relay provider feedback, market insights, and strategic opportunities. • Maintain accurate records of provider interactions, outreach activities, and referral metrics using CRM and mapping tools, with regular performance reporting to management. • Champion the firm's brand in every interaction, upholding professional conduct and consistent representation of 770GoodLaw's values and reputation. Qualifications: • Have 2+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing. • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a confident, professional presence. • Proven ability to conduct proactive outreach, build new relationships, and follow through consistently. • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple relationships and maintain accurate records simultaneously. • Familiarity with healthcare environments and the ability to communicate compliantly and professionally with providers. • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role. • Experience with CRM or tracking tools preferred. Compensation: $40,000 - $48,000 yearly
