About the Role:

The Fitness Factory is looking for an energetic and passionate Marketing Brand Ambassador to join their team in Princeton, NJ! This is an exciting opportunity to be the face of a dynamic fitness brand, connecting with the community and inspiring others to live healthier lives. Responsibilities:

Represent and promote The Fitness Factory at events and throughout the local community

Engage with potential and existing customers to drive brand awareness and membership growth

Create and share compelling content across social media platforms to amplify brand messaging

Distribute marketing materials and execute grassroots outreach campaigns

Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers to expand brand reach

Gather customer feedback and report insights to management

Attend and represent the brand at fitness events, pop-ups, and promotional activities

Requirements:

Genuine passion for health, wellness, and fitness

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an outgoing personality

Experience in marketing, brand promotion, sales, or a related field preferred

Active presence on social media platforms with an ability to create engaging content

Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in the field

Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings for events

Must be located in or near Princeton, NJ with reliable transportation
