Someone who can build a landing page, connect a form to our CRM, and send the right follow-up at the right time. Someone who can support events and gift drops with precision. Someone who sees marketing not as a blank canvas, but as a blueprint. Responsibilities: What You’ll Actually Do Marketing Execution (Structured, Technical, and On-Brand) • Build and update landing pages using WordPress or similar tools (Elementor, Divi, etc.) • Integrate web forms with CRM tools (e.g., Clio Grow, HubSpot, Lawmatics, etc.) • Optimize basic SEO elements (title tags, meta descriptions, H1s, image alt text) • Manage email marketing campaigns and monthly newsletters to partners and clients • Monitor marketing performance and report key data points monthly • Ensure all materials stay aligned with brand guidelines and voice Business Development & Referral Partner Outreach • Coordinate and track appreciation campaigns (gifts, drop-offs, events) • Organize monthly educational events (e.g., webinars, community workshops, referral partner trainings) • Support follow-ups with past and prospective referral sources (via email, phone, or in-person) • Help manage partner communication and monthly touchpoints • Maintain a referral partner database and event attendance records You’ll Succeed Here If You… • Prefer building systems and checking things off lists over starting from scratch • Can learn tools quickly and troubleshoot tech (like form connections or email settings) • Feel comfortable juggling landing pages, calendars, and CRM automations • Can communicate clearly, both online and in person • Want to be part of a mission-driven firm with real community impact Qualifications: What You Bring • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, marketing support, or business development • Familiarity with WordPress or other page-building tools • Understanding of how CRMs work and how to connect them to forms or workflows • Basic working knowledge of SEO best practices • Friendly, professional attitude for networking with referral partners • Bonus: You’ve used AI tools like ChatGPT to streamline content or execution Compensation: $20 - $24 hourly
