About the Role This is a one-person department — for now. You’ll be the point person for both business development and marketing, owning everything from prospecting and outreach to campaign creation and local market launches. You’ll work directly with the COO and Partners to drive new client acquisition and build the firm’s brand in both new and existing markets. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: Marketing & Expansion Strategy • Plan and execute campaigns to drive awareness in both core and newly targeted geographies • Manage the firm’s digital presence (social media, email marketing, web updates) • Create and publish content that resonates with prospective clients (e.g., newsletters, case studies, firm announcements) • Support new office or region launches with hyper-local marketing and visibility efforts • Track and report on campaign performance; adjust strategies based on results • Use data and establish KPI’s to track ROI and success Business Development – You Are the Sales Team • Own both inbound and outbound sales outreach — cold outreach, follow-ups, networking, lead conversion • Build and manage prospect lists of HOAs, co-ops, property managers, and related contacts • Craft personalized outreach campaigns via email, phone, and direct mail • Attend local networking events, trade shows, or industry meetings to generate leads • Maintain CRM records and track pipeline progress • Be the face of Schneider Buchel in new conversations — from first touch to follow-up Qualifications: Who You Are • 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, or ideally, a mix of all three • You’re a confident communicator and comfortable selling • You know how to create simple but effective marketing campaigns — and make content that gets noticed • You’re proactive, organized, and great at managing your own time • You’re energized by starting conversations, opening doors, and closing business • Bonus if you’ve worked in a professional services, legal, real estate, or B2B environment Why This Role • Direct exposure to ownership — your work matters here • Full ownership of both BD and marketing • Chance to be part of geographic expansion and help shape market-entry strategies Compensation: $75,000
