    Where You Fit in Our Marketing Engine

    You’ll be the boots-on-the-ground growth driver—owning in-person outreach, events, and client care—while collaborating closely with our Social Media Marketing Lead. They push the buttons online; you supply the stories, wins, and event juice that make those posts pop.

    What You’ll Own

    60% Business Development

    30% Campaign & Event Collaboration

    10% Admin & Client Care

    • Visit real-estate brokerages, property managers, lenders, & investor meet-ups (10+ touches/wk).

    • Coordinate quarterly “Lunch-and-Learn” CE events for agents.

    • Track & grow revenue from our Top-25 agent list.

    • Brainstorm themes, offers, and hooks with our Social Media Marketing lead for monthly campaigns.

    • Supply photos, testimonials, and event recaps for their content calendar.

    • Ensure every live event has a clear “digital echo” (pre-promote, live-post, recap).

    What Winning Looks Like (First 6–12 Months)

    · +25 % increase in monthly booked inspections from new referral sources.

    · 5 new “raving-fan” real-estate offices sending repeat business.

    · Quarterly events averaging 15+ attendees, each generating at least 5 booked inspections.

    · 10 usable success stories/photos captured per month for social campaigns.

    • Hit these milestones and the role shifts to full-time with performance bonuses.*
