What You’ll Do
As our Marketing & Business Development Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of driving growth. You’ll support marketing efforts, engage with potential customers, and help the team achieve business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting in the development and execution of the annual marketing plan
Supporting the sales team with lead generation and customer outreach
Monitoring customer satisfaction and resolving any concerns or complaints
Coordinating and executing marketing events and campaigns
Managing relationships with centers of influence (COIs) and potential clients
Maintaining customer data and reporting on key performance metrics
Helping create and manage marketing materials and content for digital and offline channels
Supporting the team with any ad hoc business development tasks
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Creative mindset with the ability to execute marketing strategies
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in using software tools (CRM, marketing platforms, etc.)
A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in the role
Work Details
Full-time: 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
Occasional travel may be required
Light physical activity (handling marketing materials, setting up events, etc.)
