We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Campaign Specialist to lead our email, blog, and short video campaigns while managing our CRM and SEO efforts. This role is pivotal in driving customer and partner engagement through strategic marketing initiatives that align with our business goals. The Marketing Campaign Specialist will report directly to the CEO, providing insights and strategies to increase visibility, engagement, and conversion. As we continue to grow and expand our market presence, we are seeking a dynamic Social Media and Content Marketing Specialist to enhance our social media strategy, drive business growth, and foster strong client relationships. The Marketing Campaign Specialist will be responsible for creating and executing social media and Lead Gen strategies that align with our business development goals, identifying new opportunities for growth, and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and partners. This role requires a blend of marketing expertise, business acumen, leveraging cutting-edge technologies, and strong relationship management skills. Compensation: Up to $72,000 yearly (Depends on experience) Responsibilities: Short Video Campaigns: • Conceptualize and manage the production of short video content that supports our marketing objectives. • Produce engaging videos that can be distributed across multiple channels. • Monitor video performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve viewer engagement. Email Campaign Management: • Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns aimed at increasing customer and partner engagement. • Segment email lists based on target demographics and behavior to ensure relevant content delivery. • Analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. CRM Management: • Oversee the CRM system to ensure accurate data management and customer segmentation. • Implement strategies to enhance customer relationships and retention through personalized communications. • Utilize CRM data to inform campaign strategies and improve overall customer experience. SEO Management: • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the company website. • Conduct keyword research and optimize content across all digital platforms. • Monitor SEO performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve better rankings and visibility. Performance Analysis and Reporting: • Regularly track, analyze, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns to the CEO. • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness. • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company’s marketing strategies remain competitive. Blog Campaign Management: • Plan and oversee the creation of engaging and informative blog content that resonates with our target audience. • Produce high-quality blog posts. • Optimize blog content for SEO to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings. Qualifications: This Is an in-office position. MUST Live within 20 Miles of Fort Lauderdale, FL Must be authorized to work in the US • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. • Proven experience in managing email, blog, and video campaigns. • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and SEO best practices. • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
