About the Role:

Assisting Hands of Chester County South is looking for a driven and compassionate Marketing Care Manager to join our growing team in Kennett Square, PA. This exciting hybrid role blends community outreach and relationship-building with a genuine passion for connecting families with the quality in-home care they deserve. Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with referral sources including hospitals, senior living communities, physicians, and social workers

Conduct community outreach and represent the agency at local networking events and health fairs

Guide prospective clients and families through the care inquiry and intake process

Develop and execute local marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and client census

Collaborate with the care coordination team to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction

Track and report on marketing activity, referral sources, and lead conversion metrics

Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, families, and community partners

Requirements:

Experience in home care, healthcare marketing, or senior services sales preferred

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a client-first mindset

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in the field

Familiarity with the Chester County, PA community and local healthcare landscape is a plus

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Proficiency with CRM tools and basic marketing platforms preferred
