    Marketing & Client Experience Specialist

Location: In-Office Type: Full-Time Industry: Insurance (Small, growing agency)

    About Us

We’re a small, growing insurance agency that believes great marketing gets people in the door—but great service keeps them with us. We value relationships, clear communication, and doing right by our clients. If you enjoy wearing multiple hats, having real ownership over your work, and seeing the direct impact of what you do, you’ll feel at home here.

    The Role

We’re looking for a Marketing & Client Experience Specialist who can help us attract new clients and make sure every interaction feels personal, professional, and human. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves both strategy and people—and doesn’t want to be stuck behind the scenes all day.

You’ll work closely with the agency owner and play a key role in shaping how our brand shows up in the world and how our clients experience us.

    What You’ll Do

    Marketing & Growth

Create and manage marketing campaigns (AI, digital, local, email, social, and/or SMS)

Help improve website content, landing pages, and lead capture

Track campaign performance and suggest improvements

Assist with content creation (posts, emails, short videos, or ads—based on your strengths)

Help maintain brand consistency across all channels

    Client Experience & Support

Be a friendly, professional first point of contact for new leads and existing clients

Respond to inquiries via phone, email, text, and chat

Help guide prospects through next steps and ensure a smooth handoff to the sales team

Follow up with clients to improve retention and satisfaction

Spot opportunities to improve processes and client communication

    What We’re Looking For

Experience in marketing, and a love for customer interaction

Strong communication skills—you’re comfortable talking to people and writing to them

Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities

Tech-savvy and willing to learn new tools (CRM, marketing platforms, AI tools, etc.)

    Self-starter mentality—you don’t need constant direction

Bonus points if you’ve worked in insurance, finance, real estate, or another service-based business

    Why You’ll Like Working Here

Small team = big impact (your work actually matters)

Direct access to leadership and decision-making

Opportunity to grow with the agency and shape the role over time

Flexible environment that values trust and accountability

A people-first culture that values quality over volume

    Compensation & Benefits

    Competitive pay based on experience

    Performance bonuses and growth opportunities

Paid time off and flexible scheduling

    Training and professional development support

This position is an Agency Team Member working for the Agency Owner and is not an employee of American Family Insurance.
