About the role
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping people, solving problems and finding ways to add value. You’ll support customers with day-to-day service needs, identify opportunities to sell, and to cross-sell additional coverage, and assist with basic marketing activities to help our agency grow.
What you’ll do
Provide friendly, accurate support for customer questions and service requests
Build relationships and follow up to ensure customers feel supported
Identify customer needs and sell additional insurance solutions (salary + commission role)
Schedule appointments and support the sales process with organized documentation and follow-through
Assist with basic marketing tasks (examples: coordinating community outreach, supporting social media or email content, tracking simple campaign activity)
Maintain clean, timely and accurate records in agency systems
What We’re Looking For
Experience in insurance, and a love for customer interaction
Strong communication skills—you’re comfortable talking to people and writing to them
Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Tech-savvy and willing to learn new tools (CRM, marketing platforms, AI tools, etc.)
Self-starter mentality—you don’t need constant direction
