    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Marketing Communication and Social Media Manager to join our team! The Communications Manager oversees internal and external communications to ensure consistent messaging, strong brand voice, and positive reputation. They work closely with leadership to craft strategic communication plans and manage press relations, corporate messaging, and content across multiple channels.

    Key Responsibilities

    Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with organizational goals.

    Oversee internal communications (team updates, announcements, contest, upcoming events, and much more ).

    Ensure brand consistency across all messaging and platforms.

    Monitor public perception and reputation management.

    Collaborate with entire team and leadership teams on communication initiatives.

    Manage crisis communication strategies when needed.

    Analyze effectiveness of communication efforts and adjust strategies

    Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing and brand goals.

    Create and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, videos, graphics).

    Manage brand voice and presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

    Monitor conversations, respond to comments/messages, and build online communities.

    Stay updated on social trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities.

    Collaborate with designers, videographers, and copywriters to create high-quality content.

    Qualifications

    Demonstrated experience leading a successful team

    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

    Strong marketing skills, including identifying keywords, managing SEO projects, and handling social media channels

    Excellent attention to detail

    Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, photo editing software, and video editing software

    Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations.

    Strong copywriting, visual storytelling, and content creation skills.

    Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer).

    Analytical mindset to interpret data and optimize strategies.

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).

    proficient in using CANVA, Photoshop for Creation and Editing of videos

    Experience in Network Marketing business a plus

    Will require Life Insurance Life License within 6 months of hire.

    3+ years of experience in social media management.
