We are seeking an Entry-Level Marketing Communications Assistant to support our marketing team with campaign coordination, client communication, and promotional activities. This role is ideal for candidates looking to gain professional experience in marketing, communications, or public relations.
The Marketing Communications Assistant will work closely with the Marketing Manager to support campaign execution, track performance metrics, and assist with event coordination.
Assist with the coordination and execution of marketing and PR campaigns
Support project management tasks under the direction of the Marketing Manager
Collaborate with internal teams and client accounts to align promotional initiatives
Assist with in-store marketing events and ensure operational standards are met
Maintain accurate records of event attendance, inventory, and campaign performance
Help manage marketing materials and promotional displays
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, vendors, and event staff
Track campaign results and assist with reporting
0–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, sales, or customer service (internship experience accepted)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred but not required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
