Marketing & Communications Coordinator
Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing & Communications Coordinator to support campaigns, communications, and events. This role ensures consistent brand messaging, delivers engaging content, and supports store-level initiatives. The Coordinator will work closely with the Digital Marketing Team and report to leadership to bring strategic visions to life.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and edit copy for campaigns, newsletters, email blasts, and website updates
Create and adapt graphics for print and digital (flyers, signage, presentations, event materials)
Support campaign execution across email, in-store, print, and digital channels
Maintain and update website/Shopify banners and landing pages
Prepare materials and coordinate logistics for store visits, legislative visits, and community events
Draft speeches, talking points, and scripts for company leadership
Manage program email accounts and respond to customer inquiries/reviews
Assist with reporting campaign performance metrics
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2–3 years of experience in marketing communications, content creation, or campaign coordination
Strong writing and editing skills
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for light design
Experience with Shopify or similar CMS tools is a plus
Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
