Job Summary
We’re seeking a proactive, personable, and results-driven Marketing/Community Coordinator to join our growing team. In this client-facing role, you will represent our brand in the community, build and maintain strong relationships with local organizations, facilities, and referral partners, and drive client acquisition through direct outreach and education.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned sales professional who enjoys being out in the field, connecting with people, and making a meaningful impact in the community—especially in the healthcare or home care space.
Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with referral sources including hospitals, clinics, senior centers, social workers, discharge planners, faith-based organizations, and community groups.
Conduct in-person visits with at least 5 accounts or contacts per day, including scheduled meetings or at least 20 cold calls
Represent the company at community events, health fairs, and networking activities.
Deliver engaging presentations about our services to professionals and families.
Drive brand awareness and client acquisition in your assigned territory.
Work closely with the marketing and operations team to ensure consistent messaging and quality follow-up.
Keep accurate records of outreach activities and submit regular reports.
Collaborate with internal staff to coordinate care for referred clients.
Act as a liaison between clients, referral sources, and the company to ensure satisfaction and strong ongoing relationships.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of sales experience preferably in healthcare, home care, or community-based services.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outreach and sales goals.
Strong public speaking and interpersonal communication skills.
Must be comfortable driving daily to multiple locations.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently in the field.
Passion for community work, senior care, or helping vulnerable populations is a strong plus.
Preferred but not Required
Experience working with senior populations, or social services.
Knowledge of the local area and existing network within healthcare or senior care sectors.
Background in event coordination, outreach programs, or advocacy work.
