Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Content Associate to join our marketing team. This role focuses on creating compelling visual documents and content for marketing campaigns and website landing pages. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate marketing objectives into engaging visual content.
Key Responsibilities
Visual Content Creation
Design and produce high-quality visual documents for marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Create engaging graphics, infographics, and visual assets for website landing pages
Design and develop email marketing campaigns to highlight products and capabilities, including templates, headers, and promotional graphics
Develop marketing collateral including brochures, one-pagers, presentations, and digital advertisements
Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains consistent visual identity
Campaign Support
Collaborate with marketing team to understand campaign objectives and target audience
Create visual assets that support integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels
Develop landing page layouts and visual elements that optimize for conversion
Content Strategy & Planning
Work closely with marketing managers to plan visual content calendars
Research design trends and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant
Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaign concepts and creative direction
Maintain organized asset libraries and ensure version control
Quality Assurance & Optimization
Review and proofread all visual content for accuracy and brand compliance
Optimize visual assets for various platforms and devices
Monitor performance metrics and incorporate feedback into future designs
Ensure all content meets accessibility standards and guidelines
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field
1-3 years of experience in content creation, graphic design, or digital marketing
Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills and marketing content creation
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience with design tools such as Canva, Figma, or Sketch
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles
Understanding of social media platforms and their content requirements
