    Marketing Content & CRM Specialist

    Location: Ozark, MO - Onsite Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)

    We are seeking a versatile Marketing Content & CRM Specialist to support our growing marketing efforts. This role will focus on creating high-quality website content, technical documentation, visual assets, and optimizing HubSpot (HS) CRM workflows.

    This is a hands-on role for someone who can write clearly, think strategically, and execute efficiently across multiple marketing functions.

    Key Responsibilities

    Content Creation (Website & Digital)

    • Write and optimize website content (landing pages, service pages, blogs)

    • Ensure messaging is clear, compelling, and aligned with brand voice

    • Collaborate with team members to translate technical concepts into customer-friendly content

    • Maintain and update website content as needed

    Technical Writing

    • Develop product/service documentation, guides, and internal resources

    • Create clear, structured content that simplifies complex topics

    • Work with technical team members to gather accurate information

    Graphic Design

    • Create marketing visuals (social media graphics, web assets, presentations)

    • Ensure brand consistency across all visual content

    • Support content team with visual storytelling

    CRM & Marketing Automation (HubSpot)

    • Build and optimize workflows (lead nurturing, follow-ups, automation)

    • Manage email campaigns and sequences

    • Maintain CRM data quality and segmentation

    • Support sales and marketing alignment through CRM tools

    Qualifications / Requirements

    • 2+ years in marketing, content creation, or related role

    • Strong writing skills (both marketing and technical)

    • Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM/automation platforms)

    • Basic to intermediate graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar)

    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

    • Strong attention to detail and organization

    • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment

    Nice to Have

    • SEO knowledge and experience optimizing content

    • Experience working with technical products or services

    • Familiarity with video/content production workflows

    • ·Understanding of sales funnels and lead generation strategies
