Lucy Buffett LuLu's is looking for Marketing Content Coordinator.
Summary: Supports Marketing and Communication Director and Special Events Manager in marketing three locations and special events. Develops and implements marketing and advertising campaigns, analyzing advertising data, maintaining promotional materials inventory, planning meeting and special events, maintain databases, designing digital and in-house marketing materials. Conducts product research for special event supplies and vendors.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining a high standard of service efficiency and product quality that meets the expectations of LuLu’s
Displays high-level of knowledge regarding company products and events. Able to communicate this information to crew members
Professionally represents the Marketing department and LuLu’s
Ensures confidentiality standards are followed
Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing data and graphics
Prepares marketing and advertising objectives from strategies communicated by Marketing and Communications Manager
Organizes promotional materials and ensures distribution and set up is executed correctly and in a timely manner
Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data. Monitors campaigns by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and expected outcomes. Removes/Re-evaluates marketing material that is stale or does not produce expected results
Manage social media by providing relevant content, organizing event coverage, and support day to day posting with live material
Keeps promotions materials ready be creating graphics, printing, and copy writing. Coordinates with public relations connections to spread campaign message
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading trade publications, attending market college, keeping up with Google and social media updates
Implements special event campaigns through social media, print ad, in-house advertising, and advertorials.
Maintains relationships through all three location managers, as well as, online and physical gift shops to create cohesive marketing strategies
Manages website with up to date, relevant content, photo gallery, news publications, and special events
Managers signage needs throughout all departments across three locations. Designs and implement such signage
Other duties in connection with organizational effectiveness as assigned by above supervisory staff

Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Associates Degree or Bachelor’s degree in related field. 3 years’ or more work experience in marketing, advertising, graphic design, or social media promotion preferred. Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Office software, with advanced level knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook. Demonstrated experience with graphic design software, public relations communication, marketing and advertising campaigns, social media promotion and brand design and implementation or an equivalent combination of education & experience to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
Knowledge & Ability: Knowledge of marketing practices and ability to utilize computerized systems to complete such. A high level of attention to detail is required. Ability to organize and prioritize work tasks on an on-going basis. Ability to compose accurate, grammatically sound and concise written messages, letters, documents and reports. Ability to type a minimum of 37 words per minute.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of business-related information. Ability to use clerical equipment including pc, fax machine, copier, printer, scanner, multi-line phone, etc. Ability to operate a motorized vehicle and maintain a satisfactory driving record.
Communication & Other Skills: Must possess a pleasant, courteous and cooperative demeanor. Ability to speak clearly and understand written and oral instructions. Demonstrates the ability to effectively communicate with diverse staff members, customers and vendors; via in-person, by phone, or written correspondence.
