Position Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and execution-focused Marketing Content & Design Specialist to support our growing brand. This role bridges social media strategy, content creation, and graphic design, helping bring our brand to life across digital and print platforms.
This individual will work closely with the Brand Manager & Strategist to execute marketing initiatives, produce high-quality visual content, and support ongoing campaigns across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media
Plan, create, and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Capture on-site photo and video content at project locations and company events
Edit and produce engaging short-form video content (Reels, Stories, etc.)
Assist in executing content calendars aligned with marketing goals
Monitor engagement and recommend content improvements
Graphic Design
Design marketing materials for both print and digital use, including:
Flyers, brochures, signage, and event materials
Social media graphics and ad creatives
Website imagery and visual assets
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors when needed
Multimedia Production
Capture and edit photography and videography content
Produce basic motion graphics or video edits using tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro or Canva.
Organize and manage digital asset libraries
Collaboration & Execution
Work closely with the Brand Manager & Strategist to execute marketing campaigns
Travel to job sites and events to gather content (local travel required)
Assist in brainstorming creative campaigns and content ideas
Qualifications
Required
3–5+ years of experience in marketing, social media, or graphic design
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:
Photoshop
Illustrator
InDesign
Experience managing or contributing to social media accounts
Strong eye for design, layout, and brand consistency
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Must submit portfolio of past or present work upon applying
Preferred (Huge Plus)
Experience with:
After Effects Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, etc.
Photography and videography skills
Experience capturing content in outdoor or field environments
Basic understanding of marketing strategy and content performance
Additional Requirements
Ability to travel locally to project sites and events
Comfortable working both in-office and in the field
Strong communication and organizational skills
