Legal Intake Pros is growing, and we’re looking for a Marketing Content Lead who knows how to take a brand, a message, and a mission and turn them into compelling, consistent content across every channel. If you live and breathe storytelling, understand how to build a content engine, and can write in a clean, engaging, U.S.-facing voice, this role is for you. This is not a junior scheduling job. You’ll own our content strategy, manage our social presence, and produce high-quality written content for blogs, newsletters, case studies, and marketing materials. You’ll collaborate with our Art Director for visuals and work closely with leadership to shape the brand’s narrative. • Build and execute the content strategy across social media, blogs, newsletters, and marketing materials. • Manage the complete social media calendar: planning, scheduling, posting, and coordinating company announcements. • Write clear, compelling content including social media posts, newsletters, blogs, web copy, and case studies. • Maintain Legal Intake Pros’ brand voice and ensure consistency across all channels. • Work closely with our Art Director to create visuals, graphics, and branded campaigns. • Manage community engagement: monitor comments, respond appropriately, and implement tools to support moderation. • Own the HubSpot newsletter process: content drafting, segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking. • Craft marketing materials such as one-pagers, client-facing summaries, workshop recaps, and service descriptions. • Repurpose video calls, transcripts, long-form content, and presentations into high-value micro-content. • Track performance and report insights to help shape the brand’s visibility and growth strategy. Responsibilities: • Lead the development and execution of our content strategy across social, blog, email, and marketing channels. • Manage the full social media calendar, including planning, scheduling, publishing, and coordinating team-related posts and updates. • Write high-quality content, including social copy, thought-leadership posts, newsletters, blogs, web pages, and case studies. • Maintain and protect Legal Intake Pros’ brand voice across all channels. • Collaborate with our Art Director and creative team to produce graphical assets and visual campaigns. • Monitor engagement, respond to comments (or oversee comment-management tools), and foster healthy community interaction. • Manage and send our HubSpot newsletter, including segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking. • Draft marketing collateral, such as one-pagers, client-facing summaries, and internal branded materials. • Repurpose long-form content into micro-content for social and thought leadership. • Track performance metrics and provide insights that help strengthen our brand presence and marketing efforts. Qualifications: • Experience working with U.S.-based companies, creative agencies, SaaS, consulting firms, or professional services. • SEO-friendly writing ability. • Experience translating complex concepts into simple, engaging content. • Experience creating case studies, client stories, or educational content. • Background in B2B content marketing or brand storytelling.
