Marketing / Website Specialist - Internship The Marketing Intern will take the lead in developing and executing marketing efforts for the company, supporting brand growth within the petroleum construction industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience by managing real-world marketing initiatives that directly impact business development and company visibility. The intern will work closely with leadership to build and maintain the company’s brand presence, showcase active projects, and help position C2C Construction as a trusted name in fueling infrastructure. Internship Benefits • College credit available (we will coordinate with your institution) • Real-world experience managing marketing for a growing business • Portfolio-building projects with measurable impact • Direct exposure to the petroleum construction industry • Mentorship from company leadership • Flexible scheduling based on academic needs Work Location: In-person Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy & Execution • Develop and implement a marketing plan aligned with company goals • Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness within the construction and petroleum sectors • Track engagement and suggest improvements to marketing efforts Content Creation & Social Media • Manage company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) • Create and schedule posts highlighting ongoing and completed projects • Capture field content (photos/videos) and turn it into engaging marketing material Branding & Design • Create marketing materials such as flyers, presentations, and proposals • Maintain consistent branding across all platforms • Assist in refining company messaging and visual identity Website & Digital Presence • Update and maintain the company website content • Improve online presence and visibility • Support basic SEO and digital outreach efforts Industry Research & Growth Support • Research market trends, competitors, and industry opportunities • Assist in identifying new ways to reach potential clients • Support business development initiatives through marketing efforts Qualifications: Required Qualifications • Currently enrolled in a college or university program (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field) • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently • Organized and detail-oriented Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools • Interest in construction, infrastructure, or industrial industries • Basic knowledge of website platforms or content management systems • Experience creating content (social media, photography, or video) Skills & Attributes • Creative thinker with a proactive mindset • Strong sense of ownership and accountability • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines • Comfortable working in both office and field environments • Eager to learn and contribute in a growing company
