We’re looking for a part-time Marketing & CRM Specialist to manage our digital presence and customer communication. This role blends creative marketing with process management to help us attract, engage, and retain clients. Responsibilities: Social Media & Content • Create and manage engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn • Capture and edit photos/videos of projects and team moments • Manage and grow our Houzz and Pinterest accounts • Work with professional photographers at the end of projects and help turn finished jobs into project stories for our website portfolio Website & Online Presence • Maintain and optimize our Google Business Profile and overall Google presence • Collaborate with our website developer to recommend and implement updates • Review and refresh blog content for SEO and engagement CRM & Email Marketing • Manage our CRM system (customer data, notes, and follow-ups) • Create workflow automations to improve communication with leads and clients • Design and send marketing emails to new and existing customers Analytics & Strategy • Track performance through Google Analytics and interpret results • Take action to improve website traffic, engagement, and lead generation • Monitor social media and email metrics to adjust strategies • Develop creative marketing campaigns to attract new clients and strengthen brand presence Qualifications: Who You Are • Experienced with Google Analytics (data-driven and action-oriented) • Skilled in CRM management and email marketing workflows • Strong background in social media management and content creation • Able to write and edit blogs, emails, and client-facing content • Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented • Collaborative and able to work across teams (marketing, design, operations, developers, and photographers) • Bonus: Familiar with SEO best practices and/or interested in home remodeling, design, or construction Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly DOE
