THE CHALLENGE
This position seeks someone who is vivacious and outgoing with exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to operate independently. Candidate should have excellent creative writing skills and be proficient with Microsoft Excel. Experience in Training, Marketing or Hospitality a plus.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
TRAINING
MANAGE NPS (NET PROMOTER SCORE) DATA FROM CLASS SURVEYS AND PROVIDE WEEKLY ANALYSIS AND FEEDBACK TO CLASS TRAINERS. ASSIST MEC TRAINERS WITH CLASS PREPARATIONS AND SET-UP. ASSIST TRAINERS WITH MANAGING CLASS BREAKS AND SESSION TIMING.
HOSPITALITY
Be a meet-and-greeter to the MEC Guests, either at the MEC, at a special events venue, at a hotel or at the airport. Take care of any Guest travel problems or special needs, such as lost luggage or transportation issues. Assist Guests will printing boarding passes. Set up any Guest special requests such as special tours or sight-seeing.
MARKETING
Ongoing analysis of customer demographics and trends to provide feedback on incoming participants to ensure the correct alignment with the learning agenda & objectives.
Support the broader Monogram team with special events, operations and materials.
OPERATIONS SUPPORT
Manage day-to-day customer operations including air travel, ground transportation, hotel arrangements and customer communication via email or phone. Support the team with any general requests from the guests during their stay.
ON-GOING AND AS NEEDED
Assist in the day to day operations of the MEC including running errands or shopping for kitchen or Center needs. Daily Fed-Exing packages. Engage in tasks and projects supporting the broader Monogram team, as needed.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Students Only. Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in a full-time undergraduate program with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
This is a 12-month coop assignment located in Louisville, KY; student will have to commute daily or as scheduled
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent Interpersonal skills
Strong presentation skills and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to effectively multi-task
Must be willing and able to work at least 20 hrs/week
No relocation assistance provided
