Position Overview :
The Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of integrated marketing initiatives across digital, retail, and brand channels. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone looking to build a career in marketing and gain hands-on experience across a variety of brand-building activities.
This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, including brand, sales, e-commerce, and external partners, to help bring campaigns to life and support day-to-day marketing operations. The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities :
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, and e-commerce channels, including email, web, and print
- Assist with coordinating timelines, assets, and deliverables across internal teams and external partners, including vendors
- Help manage social media content calendars, including scheduling posts, contributing to content ideation, assisting with filming, and tracking basic performance metrics
- Support social media and PR campaigns as needed, including managing influencer campaigns from outreach and contracting through content review, approvals, and final asset delivery
- Maintain marketing calendars and lists, including CRM systems, email lists, and marketing databases, and assist in keeping projects on track
- Support product launches and promotional initiatives through coordination of assets and timelines, including packaging artwork and shopper marketing materials
- Assist in compiling and organizing marketing performance data, tracking campaign performance, and preparing campaign recaps and reports on results
- Help create presentations and materials for internal and external use
- Maintain and organize marketing assets, including ownership of SharePoint/DAM archives and distribution of materials to external partners, to ensure brand consistency
- Support influencer outreach and coordination, including tracking product seeding, sample sendouts, PR/influencer lists, and deliverables
- Assist with events, trade shows, and brand activations as needed, including setup, production, and product orders
- Conduct basic research on market trends, competitors, consumer insights, and competitive social activity, and share relevant findings with the team
- Assist with invoicing, tracking budget expenses, and monthly reconciliation
- Support day-to-day community management on social media, including responding to DMs, engaging in comments, and identifying loyal fans for community-building opportunities
- Provide input on emerging trends and opportunities to support innovation and campaign development
- Handle day-to-day marketing requests and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Internship experience or up to 1 year of relevant marketing experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with social media platforms, influencer tools (e.g., Later), CRM systems, and basic marketing tools is a plus
- Positive attitude and strong team collaboration skills
Salary for the Marketing Coordinator role starts at $75,000.
