This position starts as a part-time and moves into a full-time position. 20-30 hours when they start and if they are a great fit for the company, we can certainly extend it to a full-time with benefits in a year. Responsibilities: • Handling email correspondence promptly, ensuring all client and prospect inquiries are addressed with care • Managing and updating our CRM, Dropbox, and spreadsheets, maintaining accurate data on client and prospect activities • Making outbound phone calls to clients or other partner professionals to build a strong relationship • Effectively managing calendar and scheduling client meetings and prospect calls • Managing social media accounts, including direct messages and engagement on LinkedIn • Creating and editing marketing materials or PowerPoint presentations with strong design elements Qualifications: • Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues • Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication • Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner • Customer service experience in our industry is preferred • Social media marketing skills • Editing and proofreading skills • Strong attention to details • A background check is required for this position Compensation: $19 - $25 hourly
